If this one was slightly larger it would be worth buying, striping it of it's awful component group and sending off to Waterford for a proper repaint...

Quite right - whoever hung those parts on that Paramount needs to be banished to only ride a magna from now on.
I don't know what's a bigger shame - crap parts on a great frame, or the NJS stuff going on a bike that will never get with 10 miles of a velodrome.
