For the fifth year in a row, NY Bike Jumble brings New York City's only bicycle flea market to Washington Park in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Join us on September 7th, 2013 as vendors come from all over the east coast to sell new and used bikes, new and used bike accessories and anything else bike related.

Used bikes run the gamut from $50 'beater' bikes perfectly suited to being locked up outside work all day to pricey historic collectible bikes. Used parts can include a new cheap used cheap derailleur for your bike, or a collectible Campagnolo Nuovo Record derailleur for your wall hanging showpiece bike.

Overstocks, closeouts and once-in-a-lifetime deals on bicycles

Additionally, non-profit cycling groups such as the Bicycle Messenger Foundation, Times Up! and WE Bike will be there to raise awareness and to meet the cycling public.

The park and the Old Stone House within the park, welcome us every year and provides bathrooms as well as a respite from outside. Washington Park is located at 5th Ave and 4th Street in Park Slope, Brooklyn and the Jumble will be open on September 7, 2013 from 10AM to 4PM.

THE CUNTIEST BIKE I HAVE EVER SEEN..

Peugeot Design Laboratory’s sweet new concept DL121 bicycle is described as “an exploration in contrast”. The contrast between function and aesthetics, and the contrast in finishes were two dominant concepts implemented by Peugeot transportation designer Cathal Loughnane. Loughnane’s primary objective was to play on the theme of a dynamic diagonal separation between the two halves of bicycle. At the front of the bike there is a deep and rich copper, while the rear is finished in pure brilliant white. The bike features innovative leather work. As well as the saddle there is also a luggage area ingeniously integrated into the frame. Double zips give easy access to a space ideal for precious objects such as a digital tablet, which is a plus to the urban rider/commuter who is needs to ride with their gadgets.

Thanks for burning my retinas Peugeot!!

Not sure how I missed that monstrosity last year but I kinda wish I never found it..
