Looks like a nice cross frame converted to fixed use with some kind of fixer on the freehub. Weirder things have happened.
The only thing I can't figure out is the BB. It looks eccentric, but with outboard bearings? Phil Wood, maybe? Could just be the perspective throwing me off, and I'm only seeing a magic gear ratio.
Dude, put some real wheels on there, and that bike is totally hot. I have a soft spot for Moots and singlespeeds, and singlespeed cross bikes with disc brakes. Yummy.
