I actually had one in my possesion a while back that was part of the collection I bought. It even had S+S couplers! Here's a pick of it built up by the new owner:

Your blue one was hot. The other, not so much. The new Salsa Fargo has FIVE bottle cage mounts (two on the fork legs).

That top one needs a taller stem
put a bottle cage on the stem.

That was my late step-fathers Sakkit built for transcontinental touring. The picture was taken after being disassembled for measuring. The water bottles were clip-on cages that were put on it just to show it completely laden. As with all Sakkits it was custom built (2 years waiting), the stem looks odd because it was built as a Trek 520 / Dawes Galaxy clone. He preferred the slope design of both, compared to the high crossbar design of the typical Beckman build.
