Of all the crazy ass bikes I ever seen, that Peugeot is the craziest!!!
I've read about that Estay Merlin on mombat. Pretty rad. I think they didn't like the rear end flex with those particular stays.
The Fork is amazing though! You slide the steerer tube in from the bottom, and clamp it at both ends during assembly.
