Nothing pains me more than to see super nice, and super expensive carbon race frames like that used for trendy around town wheelie fixers with risers and or chopped drops. So. fucking. LAME!!!
So let's see.. We've got a SICK Bridgestone Anchor frame which looks even SICKER with the nice gloss black finish. But then you've got all the pink.. Which, if done right could look pretty awesome BUT.. then you've got the super girly little stars on the front wheel. Which makes my balls shivel up like a wrinkled Kiwi just looking at em..

The rear Aerospok almost seems appropriate for this frame since it's an 'Anchor' model. Fucking Aerospokes.. I hate to say it but looks ain't everything people! I'm a fan of a lot of things but not something that's obnoxiously overweight and sluggish..
The bars.. Wow those FUCKing bars are just retarded on that frame. Granted I never really understood the whole chop and not flip bar thing, but on this frame it just seems like a terrible travesty. At least put some normal bars on there so you can fuckin' RACE the thing!
Though the real pièce de résistance is those godforsaken PLASTIC toe clips! WTFF??!!!!! First of all if you're going to own that frame you shouldn't be riding anything but clipless pedals. Douchetard needs to get on that shit STAT!
Now I know most of you out there have MUCH better taste than that otherwise you wouldn't be frequenting my blugblugblug.. But seriously.. Don't let me catch you riding some shit like that or you'll see a quick flash the moment after the back of my hand impacts your fuckin' face...

The Japanese are just on a different level, they have a TOTALLY unique style for track/fixed bikes. That bike is hot!

I hate to say this because I love all your bikes so much except one, the Bob Jackson with those big orange Hed wheels. Your almost guilty of the same crimes with that combo and colours. But you probably love it. As I do my own bikes. I'm so tempted to get a yamaguchi made for me because of ones like yours, shouldn't I be allowed to build it without prejudice as to what parts go on it? Should I have to race it on a track? I don't think so

Jimi - Those are all very good points! The thing with the HEDs on the Jackson is just a total larf on the whole DKNY thing that I just couldn't leave alone. That and they cost me $400 so I couldn't resist. I actually have a set of black Phil hubs and some orange deep Vs that are going to go on there once they're built. Those will def be more appropriate for a travel bike.
As for a possible Yamaguchi build, no, you def don't have to race it on the track or at all. But when you think about the Yamaguchi history it just seems inappropriate to toss a set of risers on it ya know?
Yep I know what you mean. Thanks for replying to me. In the end we all have some "guilty pleasures" I guess. If I do get the Yamaguchi eventually I'll have to post you some pics. You can take the mickey outta my component choice to get one back on me.
